On clicking the “new User ID Registration” link in http://tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in/Empower/, an “Terms and Conditions” page is displayed. Once you read that page and press “I agree” link. That screen will take you to E-registration form. You need to fill all the details and press on “save” button. Once you pressed save button that screen will take you to logged in screen and it will ask the required other details (Qualifications, Certificates, Courses, skills and Contact). Fill all the required details and update it. If the details are accurate, your request will be accepted by the Employment Officer, your ID card can be generated. You can take print out and maintain it.
